Mika Timpson Archer, Creator and Owner of I’ll Drink to That-Fountain of Juice operates a mobile juice bar designed to educate and serve her community. When beginning I’ll Drink to That, her mission was to make wellness attainable wherever it’s needed due to the surrounding community being a food desert; an urban area in which it is difficult to buy affordable and/or good quality fresh food.
With names like ” Lady In Red”, a juice blend full of carrots, beets, apples, pineapples and lemon. In which the elevated Vitamin A content of carrots invigorates dull, tired-looking skin, beets and lemons enhance blood oxygenation, thus enhancing the cleansing process and pineapples help digestion by offering potent enzymes. And not to mention, “Alky” consisting of cucumbers, kale, parsley, celery, apples, spinach, romaine and lemons, where dark green vegetables contain an abundance of vitamins and minerals essential for the cleansing functions of the kidneys and liver. The dark, leafy greens in the juice give the system loads of water-soluble fiber to sweep toxins out. Greens are highly alkalizing to your cells, which contradicts the destruction caused by corrosive acidic waste products from meat, sugar, dairy and other common foods; there is bound to be a juice blend perfect for you.
